    There is built in risk to the battery raw materials market while China produces most of worlds EVs and also buys them (with Gov. subsidy).
    I think that is well understood by everyone.

    Democracy and the Free Market leaves itself and us open to that risk - The West needs strong hands at the controls.
    And the situation can be easily brought under control.

    Your math and English is OK - only a small error Market Cap - (Cash plus Liquid Asset backing) = Enterprise Value = minus $100k by my calcs.

    i.e. PNN share price is completely cash and asset backed - very unusual situation.
    There is a caveat however, are there more shares to be issued for recent acquisitions. Of course the new acquisitions have value, but not being tradable, or easily cashed out, they don't enter into the EV calculation.

    IMO PNN investment is highly recomended just for its cash backing alone. But DYOR. HC is not for advice.
