Looks like prudent financial management to me. No need to raise capital immediately.
Options are in the money and there is at least $5mln in those at 5c, if exercised.
Technical analysis shaping up for an assault on 10c with a pull back to mid-7c.
If options are not exercised, they can raise in mid 7c of what's remaining of the annual raising capacity. I believe they have 10% left of the annual 15%+10%, so another $1.5mln at 7.5c, potentially.
