They can't be sure of anything as they haven't drilled for a little while and anything material would need to be reported. Also if they were going off any imaging or modelling, we'll that hasn't resulted in anything yet so there's not alot of credibility in their modelling to date based on reults.
It seems Inca relies too much on nearology from other companies tennemants rather than coming up with concrete drill results that complement their geo modelling process.
