Hi mitgar....I have chronic skin cancer wounds . I asked the company for a sample to try some time ago and under the care of silverchain used the product with great success . Unfortunately not enough for continuing care to gauge long term efficacy . Silver chain is a massive wound care specialist and huge consumer of products . Could I suggest they'd be a bloody good client to kick off Australian plans. Cheers Jed
