Novus Surgical was specifically established to distribute XPERIENCE in Aus.
So it’s basically a new distributor with limited contacts and will be starting from scratch.

And a quick look at their website shows the MD (mitgar I assume) is Gary Mitchell.

Is Gary related to Judith? What relation is Gary to Judith? Husband? Brother?
Is this a related party transaction then? Will the terms be disclosed like other related party transactions are?

This is after Judith’s niece (and sister) as I understand it, started TBH skincare for the acne product.
How many related party deals can Judith squeeze in before her term is over?

Whoever the new CEO is (can’t come soon enough), they need to enhance the transparency around these deals and review them to make sure they are commercially viable and are on commercial terms.
