I am talking about a bloke from Sydney, running an Australian distributor, that is a startup with what appears to be 1 employee, having the same last name, as the Australian MD of NXS.

This comes after he consulted to the company for 9 months. Did NXS really pay him for 9 months so he could figure out he was the best option to distribute the product in this market through a startup with no staff? Sure there are probably sales consultants in each state, but is this a serious entity or not? A website really means nothing if there is no substance behind it. Who is leading sales? Who is running marketing? Who is managing accounts?

If Judith is a related party to Gary, is this part of her ‘retirement’ plan?

I’ve never liked the Governance around NXS, not sure why Lang Walker puts up with it, hopefully new CEO can clean it up.

I note no one has provided evidence that my assumption is wrong, happy to be corrected if that is the case.
