I am waiting as above for the mortgage simulator and I genuinely believe that will be a disruptive product. If the can partner with a bank and get say a 1% base rate tracker with a 0.10% kickback for the life of the mortgage it’s going to change the mortgage market. Additionally say they can if with RentPay only require a 10% deposit and no mortgage insurance if the money is paid into the app frequently and over time then everyone wins big time.
