Before a new house takes shape you need to put in the hidden services/infrastructure. This is what's been happening over the last year or so. I appreciate 4DX putting in the infrastructure rather than slapping up a quickie offering that grabs for low hanging fruit. Let's see what happens to the cash flow and share price when the US veterans contracts are signed, which is surely not too far away. About a year ago, Andreas said it would be three years before significant profits. so far I think he's ahead of his schedule.
