Given they've gone live with I-Med at some sites already I would have expected more material cash flows if they are indeed forthcoming. Are they only getting paid after the delivery of all? That would be odd. And also, if the $$'s in the contract were material why won't they disclose them? The ASX requires disclose of material contract terms.... Makes me think the $$'s are not material on that contract.
