4DX made a price sensitive announcement with the contract in terms of what's involved (250+ sites, establish Lung Centre of Excellence, 3-year term), they even said "Management expects that revenue generated under the agreement will be material for the company".

Specifics regarding these agreements are exempt from disclosure when they're confidential in nature. The fact this is a 3-year deal providing 250+ sites with machines and then ongoing SaaS fees, technical support, engineering support, staff training etc. would suggest I-Med and 4DX negotiated a packaged price for these services that is applicable only to this deal, and will thus be confidential.

Future deals for smaller or larger volumes of units, and for longer contracts will have different price points and as most sales services, will be up for negotiating. If they disclosed the I-Med deal pricing, all future parties would want that pricing or better.
