I agree that he needs to give away to an experienced and business incumbent CEO that has already proven track record in medical industry. Get someone from Philips or GE. This happeend to my PNV. When Paul Brennan CEO was terrrible. He could get sell. Once replaced by Swami ex GE Exec that has so much experiences sales went ballistic.
