Yes it's glaring obvious why EM Solutions was divested. Coupled with poor cash flow and and a looming debt repayment, EOS were staring down the barrel (again).
I've read this release and looked at the PCP and in all honesty, there's nothing more to add in addition to what I've previously noted about this company and their continued dialogue. Any decent contract announcement most definitely will swiftly be followed with another capital killing cap raise. It's between these narrow windows (should they occur) that anyone invested may be gifted an opportunity to take your money and run.
