It's important because the greatest source of gross margin is IF and in order to get an understanding of how to value BUBs you need to understand the growth of that (IF) into the future. A2M does that in splitting out Fresh Milk from IF because IF is far more a driver of profit than any other category. By lumping it with other things it makes it impossible to tell how the key value driver for BUB is performing.
The question is what are they gaining from not disclosing that given they used to report that just 3 months ago?
