Even if CBA sign what does everyone think the agreement will look like?
From the receipts to date it looks like now work has been performed at scale for CBA. The receipts are not going to just pile in overnight and given this, i dont think CBA will provide any upfront money.
A shiny presentation means that a CR is on the way IMO.
