To be fair to Dr Andrew Kelly, one vote cannot sway a board of five into action. The shareholder proposal put to the Annual Meeting last year was to appoint two new directors, not one. The hope then was to direct the company to focus on improved investor and public relations; and focus on resourcing and progressing with NTCell. None of which has happened. The lack of action is extremely disappointing.
