    "Cash receipts have finally turned around after 5 quarters of decline"
    ...and very significantly if we accept that their projection of 1.9m was met (counting a couple of late payments). A gain of .7m on the previous qtr's 1.2m is almost a 60% gain which to me is a big turnaround. Also good to see their projection was on the mark when most previous projections have been wide by more than a country mile.
