Until this company chooses to keep the shareholders informed AND be seen to be proactive, the share price will continue to drop. Either do something or shut up shop – from what I can tell in quarterly reports, funds are only directed towards the BOD’s wallets until funds run dry. Dr Ken Taylor can see the writing on the wall.
Why was a vet added to the BOD? - no idea but Pacific Channel recommended him. He said he would improve communications. Hmmm.
The excuse is that both Pacific Channel nominees were not voted in - just one, and that they could not get rid of three directors, so the vet does not have any clout. OK so either be seen to have done something or resign. I get it Andrew; you don’t have any influence - so why are you there? What are we paying you to do?
