So you are saying someone connected to the company is deliberately pushing up the share price to improve the success of a capital raising? The company doesn't have funds to spare to purchase it's own shares, so who would do it and where would the money come from? Why wouldn't the company issue positive statements to support the price rise?
I think "pump" and "dump" tend to be overused every time we see normal volatility. But someone is accumulatiing a lot of shares. Question is, why? Punt on Diabecell, good merger, or the migraine treatment?
