I did search the FDA website for the proposed Otsuka meeting and found nothing so far. Maybe later this month or maybe I'm not using the right search terms?
However it does seem that they have done further animal trials with their improved Diabecell, and that would have been done to provide evidence for the FDA on safety and perhaps efficacy too.
