G'day mate, thanks for your comments and views. I think we're broadly in agreement. Previous management was a shambles, current management has started a turnaround by picking the low hanging fruit, and the ongoing sustainability of the business remains to be seen, however, I'm more optimistic than not around current management's integrity and ability to execute on increasing sustainably increasing earnings. There's alignment and to date, no indication of any intentions around pulling money out of our pockets as shareholders.
Their intention to become a dividend payer says a bit about their unwillingness to re-allocate capital, so will have to see what happens there.
