    With their current cash on hand. Yes, I want them to spend a short period consolidating. It'll let the stock rerate, then they can raise at $3, $4 or $5 to invest if they see opportunities in 12-24 months.

    If they do what you suggest and pursue more acquisitions now it would put pressure on cash, making it exposed to a downturn, which would almost certainly put pressure on the share price. In which case a capital raising is going to be more likely very dilutive closer to $1 than $4. Is that what you want?

    In any event they probably don't have enough cash now to buy anything meaningful which would also mean a discounted dilutionary capital raising closer to $1 than $4. Is that what you want? A big discounted placement to new investors to dilute us?


    I am all for investing and growing the business, but you need to understand what investors are looking for and what they are willing to pay. If all you offer is more and more growth with more cashflow risk in frontier markets you will be forced to raise capital at low prices and dilute all existing investors - which does not set you up for future investors if this is how you want to treat them.
