A substantial degree of testing is required to produce an SDS. It states “final testing” which to me suggests there has been testing going on.
keep in mind, this is going to go into stuff you ingest or rub into your skin. It’s not like you can wear gloves or a face mask to protect yourself from the substance. It actually needs to be safe for the way it will be used. It‘s more complicated than a tin of paint.
having said that. If there is an SDS, it should be published.
