Ann: Quarterly Activity Report and Appendix 4C, page-3

Nice to see quarter growth, but considering cost of research ($33k= 1.6% of receipts) and advertising ($99k=5% of receipts), which are small numbers considering total receipt amount--- why is this not running profitably???

Im not sure if I understand Staff costs completely and what that means... but if 6.6% of capital is spent on growth and the other % on Tax, Admin costs , operating costs (Essential for Business), ,staff costs (Essential for Business?), it looks like the business model isnt working with these numbers?
