If my memory serves me correctly, Jim L said he would look to purchase shares (post lockout period) in the last company webinar.

Was good to hear. Peter Marks was useless.

Today, I asked why he hadn’t purchased yet. A fair request, given what he had previously said.

Reply, in no short terms, was to basically mind my own business and he will buy if and when he chooses to.

Given the board debacle over the last four years, this reply did nothing to invoke any sense of optimism. It reeked of arrogance.

It was a really ordinary reply by him. Don’t say or imply you will buy stock to holders if you plan not to. I’m not into throw away lines.
