I do like to read all viewpoints.
However, I try to be forward-looking. Not focused on the "should've / would've / could've".
For me it's quite simple:
- demonstrated organic growth on Rentpay (now with funds to accelerate take-up and further development)
- marketing push for the core business
- rental market tailwinds
- top tier domain name with excellent app reviews/star rating
