Do youmeant 10000-20000? Because the contract for 7500 is larger than either of those.
7500 in my mind is a good start. Your post is a little overly pessimistic. If you did mean 10k-20k, 7500 is not far of 10k, so it seems like more than a fine start.
Also, This is the first one, You're going to run into hiccups, but if you can do this one, fine the errors in the process and then fix it so that you're able to onboard others faster, then that will bode well for the future.
