Is this the first time they have actually stated working directly with the US army? If so maybe there is actual progress on the military front.
The annual report and presentation seemed to be an honest account of things with the good and the bad. But we need to have revenue which if what they say is accurate looks like we are on the way, but we wait and see. Still think its a good move with Billy on board as CEO and Bob as CTO. Maybe heading into an interesting 6 months will see
