DroneUp or Walmart waivers are awarded on very specific criteria . In order for Droneup to operate under those conditions it is on the basis that Halo is the connectivity solution. There are other standard requirements that they have to meet to be able to continue using those granted waivers . Others will come and go testing wise but are purely testing and can not operator under the existing approvals . Like wing etc .... I imagine the integration into the worlds largest retailer has taken longer than expected as they did mention some time ago is a interview about the approval for the building of the Hubs for the drones in the carparks etc .
