Well, I would suggest you send an email to Burgess and explain your absolute dissatisfaction and request of a change. Eg : remove the QHL board etc ...
Send an email .... be polite but firmmake him aware of how the stock has crashed in the last 10 years.make him aware the board and the CEO should be replaced immediately.Just get straight to the point and don't ramble on ....
