To be honest , I don't find this situation funny at all. I find it very distressing and serious. This POS has done absolutely nothing but descend.
Burgess has not acted in good faith and has not acted in the best interest of the company and it's shareholders.
Is there any 1 shareholder that would be happy with this performance .... I would doubt it very much.
The vote rights must be a shame because how any holder voting for this to continue is ludicrous and illogical.
These guys are crooks imo. QHL board Patrick Laiger and a board sitting at home getting salary, bonus, shares, travel, meals, entertainment and whatever for doing SFA.
THIS HAS TO STOP ..... how can any investor allow this to continue ?
ASIC and others need to be made aware of this BS. What steps are needed to make BURGESS accountable for this failure as a CEO ??
