OK report, however the bringing forward of costs is interesting. Whilst it could be regarded as a positive, I suspect there was a NEED to have the additional spend brought forward to improve on certain areas as they have progressed through their work, so perhaps slightly unexpected and not foreseen by management, say 6 months ago. The headcounts getting pretty high too, also suggesting more hands on deck to bring things up to speed to meet user requirements or demands. Not necessarily a bad thing, but something to keep an eye on.

However, a minor speed bump on the road to success.
