Worth a read of this Bloomberg article, it puts into perspective the dangers of using antigen tests that can’t pick up COVID 19 early and in asymptotic people due to low levels of the virus.
The next 3-6 months will see a number of these antigen tests fall to the way side as countries start using only the best which will soon be released to the world on a commercial scale.
