Good analysis @JB1975. There is some ambiguity in that article for people like us who want a crystal clear meaning of the words. Your interpretation could be valid. But for sure "we are not constrained in any way by manufacturing" appears to me to be a deliberate attempt to put the issue beyond further questioning.

I've never seen a HC member put a question directly to SI himself and I'll bet he's too preoccupied at the moment but there is an investor relations person who usually answers questions. The ones she ignores might be too intrusive by their judgement.

Anyway, I should be able to get an answer that seeks clarification of something that SI has said e.g. of the manufacturing constraint quoted above.
