Because Xplan and other CRM's have always had tools to achieve what klip tried to do, and they have been used by many practices for years.
Lilly different story. Anything that automates SOA's would have been welcomed by the industry, and that's why 'nod' has had great take up (probably because they actually market/advertise what the software does so you know it actually does it).
As said from day dot, shipping admin overseas to cheap labour has been widely available for years.
