IMO, Euroz will need to keep promoting this stock to the hilt given from what I can recall is that they put a lot of their sophisticated clients & funds into IAM......maybe this wash, repeat and name change cycle, could end up as possibly beings euroz's makeup strategy for their clients who lost imo significant amounts of funds & holdings in IAM.
Personally, IMO I think the 80:1 consolidation was way too high and could have been say brought down to say a 30:1 consolidation...... But then again what do I know.... one has to think, that the new Co would have something up their sleeve to come up with those new consolidation figures .......... I'm just concerned, that with this revised amount of shares on issue number, will be just a precurser to further CR's within the immediate future and further dilution of the new Co.
