Exactly right.
It was only a small raise relative to market cap, and there is every chance majority of participants (if not all) have strong hands and are holding. We know this because the share price didn't even really get close to the raise price post capital raise, and also Dr. T said the preference was for the company to favour existing sophisticated investor shareholders.
