"Company Reps can answer questions from members and give in-depth analysis around announcement. You cannot post in the style or manner of a regular member."

Basically, the 'style and manner' was considered to be illegal. It wasn't so much what was said (or not said), it was HC's decision that it was being said with the wrong styling. I'm not sure anyone has ever seen the HC 'Style Guide' for company Reps, making this a difficult rule to follow I would imagine.
