It’s funny seeing comments that the market is waiting for it to work.
4DS Memory along with Western Digital did not send our technology to imec to make it work, the scope is to fab qualify the technology for mass volume production using industry grade 300mm clean room.
oh, let’s not forget production grade technology on smallest geometries supported on imec’s memory array.
