Low trading price, low liquidity of its shares, low market capitalisation, one of biggest underperformers on the ASX post covid (in a property boom they didn’t capitalise on!), interest rates soaring, bank val fees ridiculously low, bank valuers becoming more irrelevant with automated valuations taking over.. it’s time to de-list off the ASX in my opinion and scrap the board in they can’t make the hard decision. With basically all shareholders underwater at these prices.. better chance of finding a merger/potential buyer off market at more than the current market cap of $14mill.
