I think there is ‘selective’ communication for the people that want to reach out to the company tbh. If you wanted some specific questions answered I would recommend just reaching out to the company. if the information is already available then don’t stress.
the company (and all publicly traded ones) probably get the same questions from investors all the time.
im appreciative that I actually get a personalized answer. Lots of other companies I hold are just radio silent.
