Thx Index, re MM …. Do you mean this sentence?
“Due to the high toxicity of carfilzomib to mice, this model failed to produce significant cardiotoxic effects. Further work developing a suitable cardiotoxic model is continuing.”
I assumed the sentence was correct, and it implied that the mice died given the toxicity, not the heart damage.
Now on second read, I think either would work. It’s just saying that the toxicity killed the mice prior to measuring cardio toxicity or protection?!
