I very much hope that during the transition period, DrT is involved in the shortlisting of CSO candidates and ideally engaged in their interviews and obviously supported by other panelists from within RAC (at both BoD and management levels).
Whilst BOD focus is on cardio programs for commercialisation they can't drop the ball on the broader set of preclinical programs as they will still form part of the overall pipeline.
