Theyd be quite capable of delaying the reporting of 'material news' due to making sure it is definitely a failure. Wouldnt put it past them at all.
Maybe in a few more weeks that becomes no longer reasonable but they are probably still currently within a timeframe that plausibly would allow them to say "hey we were just making sure, because last time we got it wrong".
But its always been a complete gamble this stock. Don't think for a second they'd give investors any crumbs to hint at what they are seeing, 4DS have total apathy to shareholders.
