Agreed - while I'm typically an optimist, if I had to put my pessimist hat on; then I'd say stall the news, until there is a bump in the sp...which market is clearly reluctant to offer currently ( and sell what I & my buddies can); then release news (and cap raise while I'm at it). It does however work both ways....stall, and let slow accumulation occur (without raising any suspicions); before releasing positive news. Quite a binary outcome as many have said (with degrees of success/failure in between). As long as we are moving in the right direction, I'm happy.
