By not taking the company anywhere he means not making sufficient income to become profitable to the point of no further cap raises or dividends. He definitely thinks occ is a good investment but feels it is going to be a while before they are really making good dollars.

I am certainly very happy with where we are heading, i just would have hoped striate would be around $200 a unit. I agree this could become a 5 bagger in the next few years, especially once remplir gets cranking which i feel is just around the corner. I currently looking in to doubling my holding, just need a few bricks to fall into place.
