Does the NDA restrict the metrics on these discussions?
What yield can we extract from this?
Hinting of PL5, scaling to smaller nodes, etc, I would classify as Non-volatile. A little more info wouldn't breach NDA.
Baking the idea of mergers and takeovers, is volatile info. Retention of these discussions has to be crystalline PCMO.
