This is superb analysis and exactly where I think this will land.
IMEC will be negotiating fees for brokerage and they will be talking strategy around commercialisation. This announcement could drop any day now. If we are two weeks in, I'd suggest we will have something fairly soon... in the next 10 business days or so.
