imec Site Visit
On the 10th and 11th of October 2023, 4DS Board members and Chief Technology Officer met with imec’s Chief
Operating Officer and a number of senior imec personnel in Belgium for lengthy strategic discussions and a tour of
imec’s facilities.
Both companies continue strategic discussions together and 4DS will inform shareholders of outcomes when these
discussions have concluded.
Still haggling a price for the Tech
