If the stated aim has always been to sell the technology once it is proven…
wouldn’t the board be obligated to seek shareholder approval before heading down an alternative path?
I guess it can be argued that further development is desirable prior to sale so maximise return…however the argument that the technology has been proven is strong.
ah well. Guess I need to check myself and gain more patience. Talking of which…..perhaps patience was correct….hmmmph.
