I said that putting it in all caps is the online equivalent of yelling. Never said a shareholder is not an owner (I'll take the opportunity to remind you its only of their share, not the whole thing). 4. What power does an individual shareholder have? Buy, Sell, Vote (proportionate to the shares held). An individual has sfa power otherwise (certainly not power not in a position have a crack at the CEO and effectively insist on an explanation). 5.
